ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Croatia, Poland or Ukraine.   ABOUT PROJECT  Our client is an international, specialized provider of engineering software solutions in the aviation industry. REQUIREMENTS * Strong experience with Figma * Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes * Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices * Knowledge of HTML and CSS * Experience collaborating closely with development teams * Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead Experience design across complex digital products * Conduct UX research and apply insights to design decisions * Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma * Work with data-heavy interfaces (e.g., AG Grid) * Lead, mentor, and coordinate junior designers * Upper-Intermediate English level * Aviation and aerospace skills as a nice to have
