ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior Growth Program Manager to join the Growth Operations team and drive the execution of N26’s most critical strategic initiatives. This role focuses on high-impact, cross-departmental projects – such as refining our value proposition or optimizing global consent frameworks – that fundamentally shape our business. You will be the "bridge" between strategy and reality, ensuring that complex projects with dozens of moving parts stay on track.
