This role will lead HR Operations for a high-growth biotechnology company, partnering across the organization to build scalable people programs, systems, and processes that support all areas of the business. The ideal candidate combines hands-on HR execution with strategic workforce planning, compliance oversight, culture-building initiatives, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own full cycle recruiting processes, including development of job descriptions, interview frameworks, and candidate experience.   * Lead and execute onboarding programs that enable new members of the team to integrate quickly and contribute effectively from day one.   * Design, implement, and manage our performance management program, processes, and supporting systems that promote accountability, growth, and continuous feedback. * Develop and support creative employee recognition and reward programs that reinforce company culture and values. * Create social media announcements and posts. * Develop and drive innovative ways to enhance employee experiences and engagement. * Support managers and employees in identifying growth, development, and career progression opportunities. * Administer a full menu of employee benefits; PFMLA knowledgeable. * Drive employee engagement programs, communications, and initiatives appropriate for a science-driven team. * Maintain HRIS, employee records, policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all federal and state requirements. * Build strong relationships with vendors and external partners that support our HR needs.
