HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media & Content, to lead the Organic Social team, establishing best-in-class social and content strategies, piloting and creating exciting new content concepts on existing and emerging platforms, and overseeing community management for HelloFresh’s growing brand portfolio. The Organic Social team serves content to an audience of over 5MM consumers on owned social channels alone. This position will work within the Brand Marketing organization to maintain industry-leading levels of brand awareness, brand affinity, reputation, and retention.  YOU WILL... * Own organic strategy and business outcomes for HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Factor_ brands. * Use data and constant experimentation to optimize and report on performance across all platforms. * Lead creative execution for major brand campaigns, partnering with internal and external partners to deliver innovative and disruptive social-first content. * Partner with Brand and Growth Marketing teams to ideate and deliver on social aspects of campaign briefs.
