About the Team & How We Work: As a Senior Manager, Strategic Launch at Miter, you will lead and coach a team of 6–8 Strategic Launch Managers responsible for delivering our most complex, highest-ACV customer implementations. You’ll operate as the senior point of contact on our most strategic accounts, stepping in directly when things get hard, while partnering closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to shape how Miter scales its implementation model as we move upmarket. Success in this role requires the ability to bring repeatable structure to inherently bespoke, high-variability work — without flattening the flexibility these customers require — while holding your team to a consistently high bar. For roles that are listed as hybrid, our approach is 3 days a week in the office giving us the chance to connect, brainstorm, and build stronger relationships. If you live within a reasonable commute to either our New York City or San Francisco offices, we ask that you work in our hybrid approach. Otherwise, for roles listed as remote or in other cities where we don't have an office location, there is no requirement to work in our hybrid approach.
