We're a team of curious, optimistic and courageous individuals who collaborate to make life better for more Australians. We value authenticity, and agility, and we believe in creating an environment where you can do your best work, grow your career, and feel part of something meaningful. If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, where innovation is celebrated, and where you can help shape a brighter financial future, join us at Netwealth. THE OPPORTUNITY The way we bring our platform story to market matters. Our Product marketing team shapes how advisers understand Netwealth’s roadmap, how they experience new features, and how clearly we connect what we build to the outcomes advice practices care about. We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketing Specialist, Product to help translate platform and investment capability into clear, benefit‑led messaging, and deliver the campaigns, content and comms that bring it to life. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales and marketing execution, helping turn a visionary roadmap into a narrative advisers can follow, release by release. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Translate the product roadmap into clear, benefit‑led messaging, turning platform and investment releases into adviser‑friendly stories and real‑world use cases. * Lead go‑to‑market execution for new features and enhancements, delivering campaigns across EDM, web, social and sales enablement channels. * Create and manage core product marketing assets, including release notes, website updates, user guides, sales materials and event content. * Partner closely with Product and Sales to understand functionality, run discovery, and convert technical detail into compelling value propositions. * Optimise and improve performance through segmentation, customer journeys, reporting and insights to strengthen future launches and ongoing activity. ABOUT YOU You’re curious about how software works and love getting close to the detail, to translate it into simple, compelling language for customers. You’re energised by variety, comfortable shifting gears, and happiest when you can take an idea from “what are we building?” to “here’s how we share our capabilities to market”. You care about quality and clarity. You’re proactive in building relationships across product, technology and sales, you’re not afraid to introduce yourself, book time in diaries, ask questions, and create alignment. You don’t need to have done everything before. What matters most is your product marketing mindset, and your ability to execute thoughtfully and reliably. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 4+ years’ experience in SaaS or platform product marketing (B2B), ideally within complex products or regulated environments. * Strong capability in campaign execution across EDM, web and social, including copywriting, editing and message development. * Bring the platform to life visually - create and scale a reusable library of product marketing assets (screen recordings, demo flows, GIFs, screenshots, imagery and campaign visuals) alongside release notes, website updates, user guides and event content, so the same high‑quality asset works hard across every channel. * Experience building go‑to‑market plans and packaging multiple feature releases into a cohesive story for customers. * Arm Sales to sell the platform - build and maintain enablement that actually gets used: pitch decks, battlecards and objection handlers, demo scripts and FAQs, kept accurate and aligned to approved positioning. * Use AI to move faster - apply AI tools and automations to streamline production and scale collateral, without dropping quality or brand consistency. * Growth‑minded - you understand how channels work together, and how sequencing and targeting drive qualified demand. * A track record of building product marketing assets that scale, including hands‑on creation of visual and demo assets (screen recordings, demo flows, imagery, campaign visuals) and iterating them on feedback.
