CE QUE TU VAS TROUVER CHEZ BOOXI * Un scope complet : du positionnement stratégique au matériel sales sur un deal en cours * Un ancrage terrain réel : tu écoutes les calls clients, tu participes aux revues de pipeline, tu observes en magasin * De l'autonomie réelle, avec un Directeur Marketing qui te challenge sur les choix structurants * Des marques retail mondialement reconnues comme clients : Dior, Hermès, Sephora, L’Oréal CE QUE TU FERAS EN TANT QUE SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER * Tu structures la fonction Product Marketing chez Booxi : tu poses les standards, tu documentes les apprentissages et tu crées les conditions pour que la fonction scale avec l'entreprise. * Affiner notre positionnement et notre messaging par persona, par verticale (luxe, beauté, optique, grands magasins…) et par marché (US, Canada, UK, France, Italie, Suisse), synthétiser la Voice of Customer en continu à partir des calls clients, des visites en magasin et des conversations avec les retailers. * Piloter les stratégies GTM et les launches produit : quelle release on pousse en priorité, sur quel marché, avec quel angle, vers quel persona, en coordination avec notre Directeur Produit * Produire le contenu produit qui éduque le marché et crédibilise Booxi auprès des décideurs retail : blog produit, thought leadership, market reports * Équiper nos Sales avec le matériel qui convertit : decks, battle cards, one-pagers, démos, playbooks, formation produit et briefings pré-RDV adaptés au deal et au persona en face * Faire le pont entre marketing, produit et sales : travailler en binôme avec le Directeur Sales sur les nouveaux sujets et l'enablement, armer les Sales sur les opportunités en cours, nourrir le produit avec ce qui remonte du terrain. * Itérer en continu : lire la donnée, garder ce qui marche, retravailler ce qui ne marche pas. Le messaging évolue chaque mois * Ton impact : un produit qui se vend plus facilement, des Sales qui closent plus, et un marché retail qui comprend pourquoi Booxi est différent. CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS * Tu cares pour vrai (Just Care) : tu traites les Sales et les clients comme de vrais partenaires et la qualité de ce que tu livres est ta façon de respecter ceux qui le portent sur le terrain * Tu prends ownership (No Passengers) : tu portes ton scope de bout en bout sans qu'on te relance, tu trouves un chemin même quand il n'est pas tracé, tu signales tôt ce qui bloque et et tu gardes le cap quand ça devient difficile * Tu es un team player (Succeed as One) : tu crées un alignement tôt avec le Produit et les Sales, tu partages l'info sans qu'on te la demande, tu participes activement aux problèmes cross-team, et tu sais que c'est le résultat collectif qui compte * Tu es Curious to the Core : tu questionnes avant d’exécuter, tu remets en question le statu quo lorsque nécessaire et tu restes curieux·se face aux nouveaux outils dont l’IA, aux autres équipes et à notre industrie TON PROFIL * 6+ ans d'expérience combinée en Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, GTM ou Partner Marketing dans un contexte B2B SaaS, dont au moins 3 ans dans un rôle de Product Marketing Manager * Maîtrise des fondamentaux du PMM stratégique, déjà portés en production : positionnement, segmentation, messaging par persona, customer research, GTM par release * Solides compétences en copywriting et en contenu, en français et en anglais : le message qui touche, le post qui éduque, le livre blanc qui crédibilise * Un partenariat Sales démontré : revues de pipeline, soutien sur les deals, formation produit avec une équipe Sales Enterprise * À l'aise avec les outils modernes : tu utilises l'IA comme un levier au quotidien (research, messaging, contenu, enablement), et tu sais choisir et mettre en place les bons outils quand ils manquent * (Atout) Une bonne connaissance du retail : tu as travaillé chez un retailer ou tu leur vends depuis des années. WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT BOOXI * A full scope: from strategic positioning to sales material on a live deal * Real field grounding: you listen to customer calls, join pipeline reviews, and observe in store * Real autonomy, with a Marketing Director who challenges you on the structural calls * World-renowned retail brands as clients: Dior, Hermès, Sephora, L’Oréal WHAT YOU’LL DO AS SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER * You shape the Product Marketing function at Booxi: you set the standards, document the learnings, and build the foundation that lets the function scale with the company. * Sharpen our positioning and messaging by persona, by vertical (luxury, beauty, optics, department stores…) and by market (US, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Switzerland), synthesizing the Voice of Customer continuously from customer calls, in-store visits and conversations with retailers. * Drive GTM strategies and product launches: which release we prioritize, in which market, with which angle, toward which persona, in coordination with our Product Director * Produce product content that educates the market and builds Booxi’s credibility with retail decision-makers: product blog, thought leadership, market reports * Equip our Sales team with material that converts: decks, battle cards, one-pagers, demos, playbooks, product training and pre-meeting briefings tailored to the deal and the persona across the table * Bridge marketing, product and sales: work closely with the Sales Director on new topics and enablement, arm Sales on active opportunities, feed product with what comes back from the field. * Iterate continuously: read the data, keep what works, rework what doesn’t. WHAT WE LOOK FOR * You genuinely care (Just Care): you treat Sales and clients as real partners and the quality of what you deliver is how you respect the people carrying it in the field * You take ownership (No Passengers): you carry your scope end to end without being chased, you find a path even when it isn’t mapped, you flag blockers early and you stay the course when it gets hard * You’re a team player (Succeed as One): you build alignment early with Product and Sales, you share information without being asked, you actively engage in cross-team problems, and you know the collective result is what counts * You’re Curious to the Core : you question before you execute, you challenge the status quo when needed, and you stay curious about new tools including AI, other teams and our industry YOUR PROFILE * 6+ years of combined experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, GTM or Partner Marketing in a B2B SaaS context, including at least 3 years in a Product Marketing Manager role * Command of strategic PMM fundamentals, already shipped in production: positioning, segmentation, messaging by persona, customer research, GTM by release * Strong copywriting and content skills in French and English: the message that lands, the post that educates, the whitepaper that builds credibility * Demonstrated Sales partnership: pipeline reviews, deal support, product training with an Enterprise Sales team * Comfortable with modern tools: you use AI as a daily lever (research, messaging, content, enablement), and you know how to identify and implement the right tools when they’re missing * (Asset) Good knowledge of retail: you’ve worked at a retailer or sold to them for years.
