Join our team.   Join a team supporting U.S. Southern Command's Enhanced Domain Awareness (EDA) initiative, helping drive the execution of mission-critical programs that enhance intelligence, analytics, and operational decision-making capabilities. This role provides leadership across multiple work orders, ensuring successful contract execution, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with strategic objectives while supporting a complex and evolving mission environment. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award, which is expected in the next 30-60 days.  WHAT YOU'LL DO * Provide overall leadership and oversight of assigned work orders, ensuring successful execution of program objectives. * Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and partner organizations to support mission requirements. * Manage program governance activities, including planning, reporting, and performance monitoring. * Oversee program budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and contract deliverables. * Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. * Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives. * Support strategic planning and decision-making activities with senior government leadership. * Coordinate interagency and cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of program activities and mission outcomes. * Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition, governance, and reporting requirements. * Provide regular status updates, executive briefings, and program reports to stakeholders and leadership. WHAT WE REQUIRE * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent professional experience managing large-scale DoD programs. * Current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required * Experience managing program lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. * Experience with program governance, budget oversight, resource allocation, and performance management. * Experience identifying and mitigating program risks in complex operational environments. * Experience supporting DoD contract execution and compliance with acquisition and governance frameworks. * Experience coordinating with senior government, military, and interagency stakeholders. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
