You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure. JOB SUMMARY * The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. * This role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying defects and improving test processes. * The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to drive quality assurance best practices and support continuous integration and delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testing. * Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance. * Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements. * Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans. * Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team. * Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. * Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team. * Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes. * Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience (4+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies. * Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java). * Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus. * Solid knowledge of agile development processes, CI/CD workflows. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. * Proven ability to thrive in an English-speaking, collaborative work environment.
