We design and deliver learning experiences that keep our sellers confident, informed, and customer-focused. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Business Marketing, we build programs that support growth across Spotify’s evolving advertising business. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead global product enablement initiatives across Spotify Advertising, supporting sellers across multiple regions, segments, and roles Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Operations, Product, and Sales Leadership to support go-to-market readiness for new ad products, features, tools, and process updates Design and deliver training programs that help sellers understand, position, and operationalize Spotify’s advertising solutions Translate complex product concepts and workflows into clear, practical, seller-friendly guidance Build and maintain scalable enablement resources including playbooks, launch materials, product documentation, FAQs, talk tracks, and self-service learning content Support enablement for both internal sales teams and external/vendor partner organizations globally Create role-specific product training experiences tailored to different sales motions and audiences Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for new product launches, onboarding, and ongoing product education Reinforce key sales skills including storytelling, discovery, objection handling, and translating product capabilities into customer value Measure program effectiveness and gather seller feedback to continuously improve enablement strategies and resources WHO YOU ARE You have 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, product enablement, product marketing, ad operations, or a related field You have experience working with advertising products, ad platforms, programmatic solutions, measurement products, or digital media offerings You understand how to simplify complex product information into clear, actionable guidance for commercial teams You are passionate about helping sellers understand what customers care about and how products solve business problems You have experience supporting product launches, change management, or go-to-market readiness initiatives You know how to build engaging learning experiences across different audiences, roles, and learning styles You are comfortable facilitating trainings and presenting to both small and large groups You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, launches, and stakeholder groups simultaneously You build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively You have experience supporting vendor or partner sales organizations globally You have experience in media sales, media buying, or digital advertising WHERE YOU'LL BE This role is based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come into your local office 2 times per week. There may be up to 25% travel required in this role. The United States base range for this position is $87,210–$124,586 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
