This role is central to maintaining an efficient, well-organized workplace while serving as a key point of contact for employees, customers, and visitors. You’ll contribute to operational excellence, employee experience, and a safety-first culture in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ---------------------------------------- What you will be working on * Provide comprehensive administrative support to site leadership, including reporting, scheduling, and departmental coordination * Manage executive-level calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics * Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment * Support onboarding processes, site badging, and new hire experience initiatives * Maintain office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, facilities upkeep, and workspace organization * Manage site data, distribution lists, seating charts, and asset tracking processes * Plan and execute onsite events, meetings, and employee engagement activities * Drive safety initiatives by supporting compliance programs, audits, and emergency preparedness activities * Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, resolving issues with speed and accuracy * Document processes, communicate project updates, and proactively address challenges with solutions What we are looking for * An Associates (ABA) degree in business administration is desirable.
