Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis and drive the growth of our North American teams, specifically in our San Francisco office. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our hiring teams to spot, attract, and hire top talent, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organization. What you'll do: * Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation; * Collaborate with the teams to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for our Tech and Product teams;  * Proactively spot and engage top talent through creative sourcing techniques, cultivate strong connections with candidates, and ensure a positive hiring experience through clear communication and support; * Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies while fostering an inclusive hiring process that values diverse perspectives; * Work closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires; * Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.  Who you are: * You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Technical Recruitment - expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data focused roles preferred; * Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market; Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of the local Chicago market is greatly appreciated! * Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes; * Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively; * Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool Additional Information This role is based out of our San Francisco office, and is a contract position.
