THE ROLE: We’re looking for a curious and analytical User Researcher with a strong grasp of quantitative and qualitative methods. You'll support Product, Design and other cross-functional teams in the Marketplace area with data-backed insights—especially through interviews, usability testing, surveys and sessions recordings. This role is ideal for a mixed-methods researcher who enjoys turning both complex data and user stories into strategic guidance. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead user research initiatives using both quantitative and qualitative methods. * Develop and execute research plans, including screeners, interview guides, usability tests scripts, and participant recruitment. * Design, launch, and analyze surveys—interpreting both closed- and open-ended responses to extract trends and user sentiment. * Conduct and moderate user interviews, usability tests, and other qualitative sessions. * Deliver clear, actionable findings through reports and visual presentations. * Collaborate with Product, Design and other cross-functional teams in the Marketplace area to guide decision-making with user-backed evidence. * Oversee freelancers to enable delegation of operational tasks and increase team focus on higher-impact work. QUALIFICATIONS: * 3+ years of experience in user research, consumer insights, or market research roles. * Skilled in selecting and applying the right method for each research goal. * Proven ability in quantitative methods, particularly survey design and analysis. * Comfortable with qualitative methods, including interviews and usability testing. * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to bridge quant and qual insights. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Experience working on digital products with cross-functional teams.
