Summary: An Automotive Service File Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate, organized records that support both customer service and internal operations. This role ensures that all service-related documentation is properly filed, updated, and available when needed. Duties/Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:  * Create and close Repair Orders. *  File and scan Repair Orders. * Work on Purchase Orders. * Support and assist with cashiers as needed.  Required Skills/Abilities  * Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. * Punctual, reliable and must have good communication skills. * Bilingual Eng/Spanish preferred. * Cadillac experience preferred.
