THE ROLE We're looking for a Social Lead to own Doji's social presence and drive content strategy. This role is in-person from our office in NYC. AS SOCIAL LEAD YOU WILL… * Own the content strategy and calendar — choosing pillars and formats, maintaining cadence across IG and TikTok, and keeping everything distinctly Doji * Develop repeatable, Doji-ownable content formats and see them through from concept to published post * Direct our Social Editor and Visual Designer on copy, video, and visual identity * Drive our tastemaker strategy — building relationships with creators and culturally relevant figures who bring Doji into their world organically * Monitor fashion and culture in real time, identifying and reacting quickly to content opportunities * Help facilitate community engagement through content — contests, styling challenges, UGC campaigns, and more * Track content performance, review analytics, and use data to inform and evolve strategy * Work with founders to align content with new product features and overall brand direction YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU… * Have a strong editorial point of view and genuine taste in fashion and culture * Are a natural leader who can set direction and bring a team along with you * Are chronically online and fluent in both fashion culture and internet culture * Can conceive a format, brief a team, and see it through to a finished post * Move fast without sacrificing quality * Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in an early-stage environment * Have experience running social at a fashion publication, brand, or media company * Have a network of creators, talent, and collaborators you can activate BONUS IF YOU… * Have experience with influencer marketing and talent relationships * Have launched original content formats from scratch * Have experience growing social accounts from early stage * Have experience as a creative director * Are excited about AI and the future of fashion technology
