The Job  As a Software Developer, you’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and product owners in an agile environment to deliver customer-centric features across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include: * Participating in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives). * Developing user stories using tools and platforms such as Salesforce and .NET. * Applying test-driven development (TDD) to ensure quality and alignment with business needs. * Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to refine and validate features. * Supporting technical staff with knowledge transfer for first-line support. About You    You’re a team player who communicates clearly and seeks guidance when needed. You’re organized, curious, and proactive in solving problems.   You’ll thrive in this role if you: * Are comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment. * Can manage your time effectively and maintain delivery momentum. * Enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving. * Stay current with industry trends and technologies, including AI tools and how they can be applied to software development. Job Requirements  * A minimum of an Advanced Diploma in a programming-related field. * Experience with coding/scripting languages such as .NET, JavaScript, SQL. * Experience with Salesforce will be considered an asset. * Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and their application in development workflows will be considered an asset.
