We are looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our team and help build and improve our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software that supports healthcare professionals,  patients, and internal teams. What You'll Do * Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to design, develop, and maintain features for our EMR platform built with Ruby on Rails. * Contribute to improving and maintaining our automated testing infrastructure, helping ensure stability, performance, and code quality across the platform. * Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing ideas and solutions. * Write and maintain clear technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing. * Help identify opportunities to improve system performance, developer workflows, and overall product quality. * Report to the Development Team Lead What We’re Looking For * At least 5 years of experience developing general web applications. * At least 5 years experience working in Agile development environments. * Strong understanding of SOLID principles, testing practices, and version control (Git). * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge with teammates. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
