Summary  We are seeking a developer to join a new software team at our brand-new site in Chennai. The team  will be focussed on advancing our analytics platform through feature development, tooling  enhancements, and architectural improvements. With challenging projects,  continuous learning opportunities, and cutting-edge technology, we empower our employees to  grow their skills and reach their full potential every day.  Role  As a developer, you will report to the development team lead (based in Chennai).  Core Responsibilities:  * Developing new features, tools and platform improvements. * Margin and collateral intelligence for derivatives. * Enhancing reliability and performance of software. * Maintaining and improving existing codebases. * Adhering to technical standards. * Liaising with stakeholders in India and the UK. * Performing code reviews and encouraging high standards within the team. * Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members.  Tech Stack  We work with an exciting, modern stack built for scale, reliability, and productivity.
