She has a passion for building internal tools that make a real difference in people's daily work - she loves the direct connection with users who are accessible and whose feedback drives meaningful improvements. * Throughout her career, she's had a natural appetite for automating processes and removing pain points, always looking for opportunities to make work smoother and more efficient for her teams. At Qonto, she's excited to apply this approach at a larger scale. * As a manager, Laetitia believes in collaborative leadership - she's convinced that great work happens when teams work together to tackle challenges collectively.
