THIS ROLE * Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal tools used in production environments; * Analyze user needs and product requirements to design and implement software solutions that meet functional and technical specifications; * Develop and maintain front-end and back-end software components and ensure integration between application layers and back-end services or APIs; * Design and implement user interfaces for task-driven and workflow-based applications, translating product or design specifications into reusable software components; * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to review requirements, assess technical feasibility, and deliver software features; * Modify existing software to correct errors, improve performance, enhance usability, or adapt to changing requirements; and Perform debugging, testing, and validation to ensure software systems operate reliably and in accordance with specifications. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: * Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (including code generation, refactoring, debugging, or test generation tools powered by machine learning or large language models) in a production software environment; * Experience developing front-end web applications using React and TypeScript; Experience designing and implementing user interfaces for complex workflows, including translating product or design requirements into reusable UI components; Experience collaborating with product managers and designers to translate product requirements into production-ready software features; * Experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems, including feature development from specification through deployment; * Experience integrating front-end applications with back-end services or APIs; * Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git) and standard software development workflows; * Experience with algorithms and data structures as applied to production software systems * Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing applications to improve performance, reliability, and usability. * Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field, and at least two years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
