RESPONSIBILITIES: * Help establish roadmap and architecture based on technology and our needs * Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code * Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge * Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and promoting appropriate tech and engineering best practices * Performing thoughtful code reviews for colleagues, and help others by conducting high-quality code reviews * Participate in hiring activities: take part in technical interviews, live coding, share detailed feedback to hiring best technical talent in the function * Support junior members on the team through mentorship as well as code and technical reviews.
