WHAT YOU'LL DO * Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) that support student success. * Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction tailored to each student's learning style and needs. * Collaborate with BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), therapists, and families to promote student growth. * Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and ongoing assessments. * Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment. * Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field. * Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferred. * Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. * Passion for helping children build independence and confidence.
