As a School Bus Driver, you will:  * Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school * Build positive and professional relationships with students, families and school staff * Create a calm, safe, and supportive environment on your bus * Support students with patience, compassion, and professionalism * Complete daily vehicle pre-trip inspections * Follow established routes and schedules * Use GPS and communication technology * Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the assigned vehicle, including regular washing, fueling, and delivering the vehicle for scheduled maintenance and repairs Requirements: * 6-years of winter driving experience * Monday to Friday both AM and PM availability (6:30am - 9:30am and 1:30pm - 4:30pm) * Responsible for finding a secure parking space for the small school bus at or near your home * Hold a valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Alberta driver’s licence or higher * Clear driver's abstract and criminal record check, completion of drug testing * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Apply if You: * Are kind, open-minded, and compassionate * Have proficiency in English (both written and verbal) * Bring experience working with children or individuals with disabilities * Value your time off and enjoy evenings, weekends, holidays, and summers * Thrive in a learning environment and are a reliable, safety-conscious team player Why Join 4Seasons: * Earn up to $145 per day or up to $25 per hour * Class 4 Licence Training * Disability Awareness Training * Take your small school bus home * Employee wellness and perks program * Weekly staff giveaways * Referral bonuses * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Work with an award-winning culture focused on safety, compassion, leadership, and adaptability   Our Values: Safety We are committed to providing the highest quality transportation through safety-focused training, standards, and procedures.
