ROLE SCOPE * Own production at the Phoenix factory: output, quality, cost, and safety across all shifts. * Lead the supervisors and build the production team from ramp crew to full workforce. * Run the daily management system: tiered meetings, escalations, and countermeasures that close. * Hit the ramp: units per week climbing on plan while first-pass yield climbs with it. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've run production in heavy manufacturing: fabrication, assembly, or industrial products. * You've built and led teams through a ramp or launch. * Your daily management system is real: boards current, actions closed. * You hold safety and output together and have proof of both. * You develop supervisors who develop operators. * Bonus: Startup or greenfield plants.
