About the Role   We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of complex water and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.   This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a high-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects, from planning to closeout. * Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery. * Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. * Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams. * Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS * 10+ years of experience managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects. * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. * Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations. * Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value. * Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.). * Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.). * PMP or PE license preferred but not required.
