ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior / Staff Data Engineer to help design and scale the core data platform powering mission-critical healthcare systems. This is a highly platform-focused engineering role — ideal for someone who enjoys building infrastructure, developer tooling, governance standards, and scalable data architecture rather than solely focusing on ETL pipelines. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, analytics, and platform teams to build reliable and observable systems that support rapid company growth. This role also requires strong technical leadership and mentorship, helping establish best practices and standards across the organization.
