About the role We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to help make Campus a world-class data-driven organization. This role requires deep analytical expertise, strong technical acumen, and a strategic mindset to turn data into actionable insights that directly improve student acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll partner closely with teams across the company to design experiments, build predictive models, and deliver insights that influence key business outcomes.
