JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered * Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely. * Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary * Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday * Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request * Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly * Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged Parcel. * Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements * Take care of own and others' safety. * Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others. * Any other task instructed by superior JOB REQUIREMENTS * Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's * Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. * At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position. * Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. * Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Submit a job application By applying to the job, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our Privacy Policy Notice (the “Notice”) and consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data by Ninja Logistics Pte Ltd (the “Company”) for the purposes set out in the Notice.
