Winnipeg location is looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our team!   A Day in the Life * Pick / Pack and put away inventory * Process packing lists and receipt purchases into Dynamics * Purchase inventory materials from approved vendor’s and partners * Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and forward to Corporate for payment * Maintain a level of productivity and cleanliness within assigned space and scope * Source out requests from departments when requested * Work in close partnership with various departments, ie: Safety , Service , Roofing, Mfg * Create and submit New Vendor request forms to Accounts Payable where applicable * Order stock requisitions through X-Cart online “Flynn Store” * Order and receipt into Dynamics, replenishment stock for the AGS “Flynn Store” * Process stock-out transactions for all AGS “Flynn Store” requisitions * Maintain a high level of communication with direct reporting management * Monitor stock levels and adjust minimum/maximum order levels for stores * Coordinating closely with Provincial Fleet & Facilities Coordinator * Managing and coordinating fleet maintenance schedule and drivers * Managing tool crib * Other duties as assigned   What We Offer * Competitive wages and benefits * RRSP matching * Great environment where our motto is “Flynn Family Winning Together”! * Training and Development opportunities   What We Are Seeking * Experience in a purchasing role, preferably in the construction and/or manufacturing industry * Experience with warehousing and cyclic inventory management * Strong analytical thinking, planning, and negotiation skills are required * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player * Computer literacy and MS Excel experience is an asset   #LI-IC1 Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
