Join us in shaping the careers of those who will build and maintain our world and embark on a transformative journey towards a fulfilling career.  LOCATION: 📍2329 E LITTLE CREEK RD NORFOLK, VA 23518 WORK SCHEDULE:  * Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm OR 10am to 7pm  * Fridays 9am-5pm  * Saturdays 1-2X a month as needed to support career fairs and open house events  COMPENSATION: UP TO $27 PER HOUR, BASED ON EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND OTHER RELEVANT FACTORS. We are seeking a results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life-changing academic decisions.  As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success. This dynamic role requires communication skills, a positive attitude, and delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.  KEY DUTIES    * Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit * Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process * Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance * Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up * Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation * Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs  Qualifications  * Education:  * High School Diploma or GED   * Associates' or higher degree preferred  * Experience:  * Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios  * One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred  * Skill set: * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences * Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment * Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems * A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed  WHAT WE OFFER * 401(k) and Matching: Secure your future with our competitive retirement savings plan.   * Comprehensive Health Coverage: Enjoy Health, Dental, and Vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.   * Life Insurance: Peace of mind with life insurance options.   * Parental Leave: Support for new parents during important life transitions.   * Paid Time Off: Recharge with paid time off to promote work-life balance.   * Employee Assistance Program: Access to resources for personal and professional support.   * Tuition Reimbursement: Invest in your future with financial support for further education.   We are committed to providing a rewarding compensation package that supports both your professional growth and personal well-being. #LI-Onsite Cotulla Education is a proud equal-opportunity employer.
