Your Impact The Supply Chain Planning Manager will lead a team of Material Planners who manage all aspects of material support for their designated products lines by coordinating efforts with Manufacturing, Product, Sales, Sales Operations and Logistics. Specifically, the Supply Chain Planning Manager will be responsible for ensuring MRP utilization to load forecasts, determining and implementing inventory strategies, and collaborating with the Strategic Sourcing team to expedite material as necessary to support demand requirements. What You’ll Do Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (HQ) Reports to: Global Planning Director Direct Reports: 3 * Establish inventory strategies for both raw material and finished goods, in accordance with the quarterly forecasted demand per product line * Ensure timely purchase order placement and hygiene to align incoming material to support production and demand requirements * Develop quarterly production plans and communicate production requirements to Manufacturing teams * Work cross-functionally with Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Product to ensure alignment on sales demand requirements and material availability * Develop backorder mitigation plans and manage communication and expectations with Sales Ops when backorders arise * Own critical information such as forecasts, incoming deliveries, and projected demand throughout each quarter * Verify MRP inputs (forecasts, minimum & maximum inventory levels, etc.) and outputs (planned purchase orders, planned production orders, etc.) * Become subject matter expert for designated product family What You Bring * BS in Supply Chain or related field * 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, or related position * Experience managing a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to think strategically and execute tactically * Persistent attention to detail * Join Forces mindset that can influence process change Benefits that Benefit You * Competitive salary and 401k with employer match * Discretionary paid time off * Paid parental leave for all * Medical, Dental, Vision plans * Fitness Programs * Emotional & Mental Wellness support * Learning & Development programs * And yes, we have snacks in our offices Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work Don’t meet every single requirement?
