About the Role  As a TacSRT Advanced Operator, you serve as a senior mission executor and operational quality lead within the JCO’s TacSRT enterprise. This role provides experienced oversight of complex and high-visibility Operational Planning Products (OPPs), supports Operator development, and strengthens integration between TacSRT leadership, the virtual operations watch floor, and mission partners.  Why This Role Matters  The Advanced Operator brings seasoned operational judgment to ensure commercial capabilities are effectively aligned with joint military warfighter decision-making needs. This position plays a key role in scaling TacSRT operations during periods of high demand or reduced military manpower availability, while maintaining consistency, quality, and responsiveness across the mission set.  This role offers an opportunity to shape TacSRT execution standards, mentor operators, and directly influence how commercial capabilities are operationalized across the joint force.  Key Responsibilities  * Lead development and final quality review of complex or high-priority TacSRT OPPs.  * Provide operational oversight and mentorship to TacSRT Operators.  * Support validation and refinement of incoming TacSRT requests to ensure feasibility and operational impact.  * Advise JCO TacSRT leadership on task prioritization, capacity management, and surge planning.  * Interface directly with CCMD and Space Component stakeholders as required.  * Support standardization of workflows, quality control criteria, and best practices across TacSRT operations.  * Contribute to training development, onboarding, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).  * Support real-world operations and exercises concurrently, as mission demands require.  Required Qualifications  * 6 to 10+ years of experience within joint strategic or operational environments.  * Demonstrated experience in ISR operations, collection management, GEOINT analysis, or All-Source Intelligence production.  * Experience applying structured analytic standards, including familiarity with ICD 203 and 206.  * Strong understanding of commercial imagery capabilities, operational timelines, decision support requirements, and mission tradeoffs.  * Superior written and oral communication skills, including the ability to brief senior military and civilian stakeholders.  * Highly motivated self-starter capable of independent execution in high-tempo environments.  Preferred Qualifications  * Experience and familiarity with the Joint Planning Process (JPP).  * Industry standard GEOINT Certification or imagery analyst training/accreditation from NGA.  * Familiarity with USSPACECOM, the U.S. Space Force, and their component relationships.  * Completion of space training courses such as Space 200, Space 300, Orbital Mechanics, or related coursework through the 319th Combat Training Squadron or National Security Space Institute (NSSI).  * All-Source Intelligence certification from DIA or ODNI.  * Experience working in joint and interagency environments including operation centers across multiple levels of government.  * Experience supporting simultaneous real-world operations and large-scale exercises.    Required Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field highly desired.    You use modern AI tools with judgment: integrating them into workflows where they're impactful, reviewing their outputs, and handling proprietary or sensitive data responsibly. Salary Range (CO) $135,000—$180,000 USD Clearance Requirement: This position may require the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for a security clearance, U.S. citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check. Eligibility for a TS/SCI Clearance will be assessed as part of the onboarding process or based on programmatic needs. ---------------------------------------- About Bluestaq At Bluestaq, we build secure data platforms that matter for space missions, national defense, healthcare systems, and commercial innovation.
