BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Office Talent Acquisition Team. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 PM Eastern. Travel: Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with occasional travel to our Pennsauken, NJ headquarters for meetings, team collaboration, and other business needs. Responsibilities: * Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding processes. * Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks, initiating BAYADA documentation, federal exclusion checks, and auditing files. * Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team. * Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions. * Working collaboratively to initiate background checks. * Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects and pilots.
