Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist main task is to perform full cycle recruitment for internal job requisitions. The person will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead. On a day-to-day basis, the Talent Acquisition Specialist works proactively to fill open positions with top talent and assist the back-office team with other HR and administrative tasks.  Responsibilities * Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. * Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. * Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). * Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. * Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications. * Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. * Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates. * Conduct background checks and verify references. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field * Open to fresh graduates or candidates with internship/0–2 years experience in recruitment or HR * Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment is an advantage (training will be provided) * Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms is a plus * Good communication skills (written and verbal) * Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills * Positive attitude and team player mindset
