ABOUT A1 There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks that are not AI-native. Our mission is to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal prompting. Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.   ROLE You will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It’s a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring actually works in practice. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support. * Source candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach. * Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication. * Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency. * Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives. * Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace. WHAT YOU WILL NEED * 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome). * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Clear written and verbal communication skills. * Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems. * A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably. (Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required. Attitude, curiosity, and execution matter more.)
