You’ll gain hands-on AI experience and develop a future-proof skillset while contributing to a fast-moving, high-impact product.   WHAT YOU’LL DO * Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers to successful candidates. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruiting strategies. * Build and maintain talent pipelines and foster strong relationships with top talent by leveraging different channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and other sourcing platforms. * Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process. * Leverage AI tools and data-driven recruitment solutions to identify, attract, and assess top candidates. * Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants and promote Easygenerator.   WHAT YOU BRING * Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment. * High energy, positive attitude, and strong initiative.
