Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance! *This position requires TS/SCI Clearance*  *This position is contingent upon contract award* RESPONSIBILITIES:   * Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and technical guidance to assigned contractor personnel, ensuring all tasks are executed in accordance with contract requirements and Government priorities. * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned functional area, coordinating directly with Government representatives and the Program Manager to ensure mission requirements are met. * Monitor the performance and productivity of assigned personnel, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain operational effectiveness. * Participate in meetings, briefings, and progress reviews, providing status updates and technical information on assigned task areas as required. * Assist in the onboarding, training, and professional development of assigned personnel to ensure baseline proficiency and continued growth. * Prepare and submit task area reports, status updates, and deliverables in accordance with established timelines and program requirements.   QUALIFICATIONS:   * Minimum of six (6) years of experience in intelligence operations, program support, or a related discipline within DoD or equivalent Government agencies. * Demonstrated experience leading small teams or functional groups in a fast-paced operational or programmatic environment. * Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage personnel, prioritize tasks, and engage with Government stakeholders. * Familiarity with DoD intelligence operations, contracting requirements, and performance standards applicable to the assigned functional area. * Active TS/SCI security clearance required.   SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
