Job overview:    The Team Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and systems-based support to enable efficient team performance and smooth day-to-day operations. This role serves as a key partner to teams by coordinating schedules, managing workflows, supporting projects, and maintaining critical documentation and processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating internal systems and tools to ensure workstreams remain on track and operational needs are met.  Location: East Cost, Remote. Reports to: Senior Director, Commercial Operations. Roles and responsibilities   (Include but are not limited to):    * Manage team calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments to ensure efficient use of time and resources * Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics * Organize team events, workshops, offsites, and meetings by managing logistics, materials, and communications * Support day-to-day team operations by coordinating workflows, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met * Maintain accurate records, documentation, trackers, and databases to support operational effectiveness and compliance with internal standards * Administer and update internal systems, tools, and platforms to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency * Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate communication between stakeholders to support team objectives * Support project execution by tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and escalating risks or issues as appropriate * Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness * Assist with onboarding activities, resource coordination, and access management to support a positive employee experience * Provide administrative and operational support to leaders and team members as required to ensure smooth business operations Candidate Profile:  * 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, team coordination, operations, or project support role * Diploma, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field * Experience supporting managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively * Relevant administrative, project management, or operations-related certification is considered an asset * Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, initiative, and a customer-service mindset * Builds effective working relationships and maintains a high level of integrity and accountability 【For NYC】Compensation Description (annually): Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
