What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Member, you will support both the kitchen and front of house operations. Your daily responsibilities may include: * Preparing fresh ingredients and ensuring food quality meets BarBurrito standards * Creating and refilling our signature sauces * Preparing menu items using kitchen equipment including fryers * Assisting guests at the counter and handling POS transactions * Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming (kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, prep areas) * Receiving, rotating, and organizing food and stock deliveries * Following food safety & sanitation guidelines * Working as part of a team to keep service fast, friendly, and consistent Every shift is a little different — you’ll stay busy, learn new skills, and meet great people.
