We are seeking a Cloud Migration Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, working closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex cloud migration programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud migration projects, from initiation through post-migration stabilization. * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and dependencies. * Partner with stakeholders to define migration strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with business objectives. * Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Application Development, Security, Networking, DevOps, and Operations. * Manage application and data migration activities to AWS cloud environments. * Drive dependency tracking, cutover planning, testing coordination, and go-live execution. * Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies. * Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and quality standards throughout the migration lifecycle. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews. * Track and report project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall program health. * Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party resources where applicable. * Provide regular executive-level status updates, escalation management, and strategic recommendations. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cloud transformation best practices. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. * 8+ years of project or program management experience, including leading enterprise technology initiatives. * Proven experience delivering AWS cloud migration and cloud transformation programs. * Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture concepts, and migration methodologies. * Experience coordinating large-scale, cross-functional technology teams. * Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and dependency tracking. * Experience managing application migration, infrastructure modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives. * Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks. * Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification. * AWS Cloud certifications preferred. * Experience working within financial services, capital markets, fintech, or other highly regulated industries. * Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks. * Experience managing global distributed teams and third-party vendors.
