WHAT YOU’LL DO * Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more * Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest * Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean * Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines ABOUT YOU 3 - 6 years of recruiting experience. Your strengths: * Storytelling * Good judgment on candidate quality * Organized and self-sufficient * Comfort in ambiguity NICE TO HAVE * Experience with go-to-market hiring * Closing experience * Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Asbhy) * Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships or any kind of hardware development
