Technical Writer/technical Documentation Engineer Position summary: We are looking for passionate Technical Writer responsible for contributing towards writing, editing technical documentation for the products. The engineer should self-driven and must be able to organize his/her ideas, tasks and articulate the content in the reader understandable form. Roles and Responsibilities * Document technically accurate content for AppviewX products * Research and determine the technical documentation needs for the features * Estimate efforts and deliver content on time * Ensure quality of the documentation  * Troubleshoot Git conflicts, understand architecture, manage the CMS (Content Management System) * Execute day-to-day information engineering activities * Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation. * Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their improvement. * Experience creating infographics to more clearly communicate workflow processes and abstract topics. * Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques. * Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use. * Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, RFP responses, etc.), ensuring a consistent "look and feel." * Proven experience producing technical content for public consumption. Required Skillset * Experience with authoring and publishing high-quality content in XML  * Experience working with the tools preferred: Confluence/JIRA, Git/Github/Gitlab, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. * Hands-On experience with Oxygen XML Authoring tool * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. * Strong written communication, editing, and information architecture skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines. * AI tools for writing, content generation, and documentation automation Qualification * Bachelor's degree in Engineering/core sciences, or Masters in English Language/Technical Communication * 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 1-2 years of experience in XML-based structured authoring and Git Integrations
