Position Overview If you love working with your hands, geeking out over high-end electrical systems, and helping people get stoked about their next adventure, this is the job for you. As a Scout Hub Technician, you'll be at the heart of our service operations, keeping our shop running smoothly, clean, and welcoming. From prepping trucks and installing campers to diagnosing electrical systems, every day brings something different. You'll be the go-to person for customers throughout their entire journey — whether it's scheduling appointments, walking them through their brand-new camper on delivery day, handling warranty claims, or answering technical questions about their camper. You'll also keep the parts organized, write up work orders, and help make sure the shop stays profitable and firing on all cylinders. We're a small, collaborative crew that's always learning and evolving — our products, processes, and tech are constantly improving, and we need someone excited to grow right along with us. If you're a lifelong learner who adapts quickly, thrives in a tight-knit team, and takes pride in quality work and the great outdoors, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities * Install, repair, and maintain components on Scout campers. * Prep trucks and complete custom installations so every customer roll out ready for adventure. * Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, including our Unbound Power Tower, solar/charging setups, and diesel heaters. * Lead delivery-day walkthroughs and orientations, making sure every customer feels confident and excited about their new rig. * Coordinate warranty claims and repairs with customers. * Keep service records clean and up to date in our service system, Shopmonkey. * Stay on top of parts ordering, shop supplies, and overall organization. * Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers on repairs, warranty questions, and tech support — we want every interaction to leave a great impression. * Uphold safety protocols and quality standards across everything you do. Required Qualifications * 2+ years' experience in RV and automotive repair, maintenance, and upgrades. * Proficient in working with 12V systems, RV construction, plumbing, appliances, and vehicle suspension. * Able to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams with confidence. * A natural problem-solver who can diagnose issues and figure out the best fix. * Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications * Familiar with Victron energy systems, lithium batteries, diesel heaters, composite construction, and truck campers. * Comfortable looking up and sourcing parts to keep jobs moving. * RV technician certification (Red Seal, RVTI, or equivalent). * RV Gas Fitter License * Forklift certification * Valid Passport Pay Range: $23-$28
