The Technology Procurement Associate is responsible for managing the procurement and lifecycle of end-user hardware, software applications, and mobile services across the organization. This role ensures timely fulfillment, cost optimization, SLA adherence, and compliance with procurement policies while collaborating with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to meet workforce technology needs. The position maintains accurate asset and lifecycle records and contributes to reporting and continuous process improvement efforts that support operational efficiency. ESSENTIAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the end-to-end procurement of end-user hardware, software, accessories, and mobile devices and services. * Process purchase requests, create purchase orders, track fulfillment, and coordinate timely delivery including expedited shipments and issue resolution. * Support employee onboarding and ongoing workforce needs by provisioning equipment for new hires and managing refresh, replacement, and upgrade cycles for obsolete or damaged assets. * Coordinate software licensing, mobile provisioning, and service management in accordance with established standards and approved platforms. * Partner with vendors to obtain quotes, manage pricing and negotiations, monitor performance, and resolve delays, discrepancies, or service issues. * Maintain accurate asset and lifecycle records from procurement through deployment and decommissioning, while validating invoices and supporting accounts payable processes. * Generate procurement and spend reports, ensure policy compliance, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS * High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. * Minimum of two years of relevant experience in IT procurement, technology asset management, or a related field. * Vendor and contract management experience, including quoting, pricing negotiations, and performance monitoring. * Knowledge of procurement compliance requirements, including approval workflows, spend thresholds, and vendor onboarding standards. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. * Familiarity with ticketing and service management platforms such as ServiceNow or equivalent tools. * Experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as Workday or equivalent systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI for spend analysis and procurement tracking. * familiarity with telecom lifecycle management platforms such as Tangoe Mobile, and device management tools such as Microsoft Intune (preferred). * Experience supporting procurement operations in a distributed or multi-site environment. * Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success. * Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs. * Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
