CASETiFY * 是全球领先的生活方式品牌之一，专注于可定制科技配件，在潮流预测方面处于行业领先地位，致力打造激发创意与自我表达的社群平台。 * The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be accountable for overall project success by driving the project end-to-end cycle, from approach design through to implementation, based in Shenzhen supporting the Digital Strategy & Transformation team's initiatives across China. * 本岗位将与跨部门团队紧密协作，负责推动项目从方案设计到落地实施的全周期成功交付，常驻深圳，支持数字化战略与转型团队的各项举措。 Job Description * Assist in the preparation of project documents, including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user guides and deployment plans * 协助准备项目文件，包括但不限于项目计划、需求列表、功能列表、实作计划、测试计划、用户手册及上线计划。 * Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and quality before project launch. * 在项目上线前进行系统测试，确保功能性与质量。 * Provide project administrative support including scheduling meetings, status updates, troubleshooting with vendors, etc. * 提供项目行政支持，包括安排会议、状态更新、与厂商排查问题等。 * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues to ensure timely delivery. * 协助排查并解决项目相关问题，确保按时交付。 * Participate in UAT with product owner and prepare localized training manuals * 组织员工进行用户验收测试 (UAT)，并编写操作手册与培训教材。 * Liaise & communicate between stakeholders & various parties for projects * 保持不同项目持份者及各方之间的联系与沟通。 * Travel on-site from time to time (e.g. Warehouse, factories, retail sites) to support requirement studies and on-the-ground project implementation. * 不定期出差到现场（如仓库、工厂、零售门店等），支持需求调研及现场项目实施工作。 * Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned whenever appropriate to meet business need * 根据业务需求，适当地执行指派的临时任务。 Requirement * University degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field. * 工程、信息科技、企业管理或相关领域的大学本科或以上学历。 * 1-2 year project management / agile experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Retail or D2C industry. * 1至2年项目管理/敏捷经验，最好是在供应链、零售或D2C产业项目经验。 * Capable to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment * 能够独立工作，并在节奏快且充满活力的工作环境中成长。 * Good command of spoken and written skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese * 良好的普通话、英語及廣東話读写、口语沟通能力。
