As an Employment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Developing career advancement opportunities for individuals supported through the Charles Lea Center and the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging (DDA). * Identifying and securing community-based employment opportunities by matching individuals’ skills, abilities, and interests with appropriate job placements. * Coordinating, initiating, and managing referrals and employment services to support individuals in achieving their employment goals. * Building partnerships and outreach opportunities within the community to enhance employment skills training and promote competitive, integrated employment outcomes that align with each individual's goals and aspirations. * Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals throughout the employment process to encourage job retention, career growth, and successful outcomes.
