Your role will be pivotal in keeping our rewards competitive by continuously updating salary benchmarks, analyzing market trends, and delivering key insights. As a valued member of the Total Rewards team, reporting to the Total Rewards Lead, your expertise will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent across multiple regions, ensuring our continued growth and success. This is a remote role for candidates based in Ukraine.
