The role requires close collaboration with transport vendors, drivers, security teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee commute experience while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. You will report to Senior Manager, Facilities & Procurement RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely services. * Support 24x7 transport operations for employees, ensuring seamless service delivery across all shifts. * Plan, monitor, and optimize routing and scheduling to maximize vehicle utilization and operational efficiency. * Ensure timely pickup and drop of employees in accordance with approved schedules and service standards. * Act as the primary point of contact for employee transportation-related queries, escalations, and feedback. * Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. * Monitor transport service performance and implement corrective actions to address operational issues. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transport operations, vendor performance, incidents, and compliance requirements. * Ensure all drivers and vendor personnel comply with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. * Verify that drivers are adequately trained and inducted before deployment into operations.
