In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing employee data, including contract administration, benefit data administration, and archiving personnel documents in Workday, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc. * Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration * Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit data administration in the system * Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, training into the systems, including issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents * Maintain and update competence file and support in electronic filing system structure * Maintains HR master data and movement data in the system, ensuring a high degree of data quality * Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign and other relevant document management * Ensures document archiving of all personnel-related documents in the HR system * Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization * Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable * Keeps the data updated in Workday and corrects whenever applicable data if needed * Ensures data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities * Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time WHAT YOU’LL BRING * With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or related field * With at least two (2) years of solid and comprehensive experience in the same capacity * Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle * Has proven skills in managing, understanding, and executing of ERP systems and tools, database functionality, and reporting * Proficient in employee data process management * Knowledge and working experience in Workday are an advantage * Has experience in Microsoft Office tools * Experience working in a multicultural and shared services environment * Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and with stakeholders * Ability to resolve conflict with integrity and demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and negotiation skills within the scope * Analytical and able to translate and communicate statistical data into action * Ability to work independently as well as in a team * Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to delivering within deadlines * Ability to take initiative make sound judgments and recommend decisions * Result-oriented mindset * Has good oral and written communication skills * Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company’s growth WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive Compensation: Beyond the standard package, we offer perks like Long Service Benefits (anniversary bonus) to recognize and celebrate your dedication * Wellness & Perks: We prioritize your well-being by offering mental health support, HMO medical coverage, generous leave benefits plus life insurance for both you and your family's peace of mind * Growth Opportunities: Invest in your personal development with an annual learning & development budget, plus access to the 360 Learning platform * Dynamic Environment: Join a rapidly growing global Business Process Outsourcing company, where you'll collaborate with a diverse community spanning across multiple continents and cultures * Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a healthy balance between your professional and personal life, with a supportive environment that prioritizes your well-being and personal time ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
