As the Vice President of Solution Consulting, you will be at the forefront of our transformation, driving the AI agenda across the region. You will champion how Anaplan uniquely combines the speed and conversational power of probabilistic AI (LLMs) with the 100% verifiable truth of our deterministic calculation engine to deliver trusted, enterprise-scale decisions. You’ll proactively contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization and be an integral member of the APAC executive team. We’ll look for you to provide the direction necessary to maximize performance within the region and strategize organizing and aligning the team to meet regional needs while mastering to balance the other needs of the department. You will lead a team of leaders and individuals who embrace and respect diverse perspectives, aren’t afraid to push the boundaries and try new ideas, and are passionate about helping our customers and each other to succeed.     What you will be doing: * Champion the AI Agenda: Serve as the primary executive evangelist for Anaplan’s AI capabilities in the APAC region. Drive the narrative around our key differentiators to C-level executives. * Regional Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive regional strategy for the Solution Consulting team, create a departmental vision that aligns with the corporate strategy. * Drive Operational Excellence: Act as a change agent to rapidly transform the Presales organisation at the same pace that we are transforming the Sales organisation. Encourage the team to master our latest AI messaging—from Generative AI role-based agents to embedded optimization algorithms—to effectively showcase Anaplan as the ultimate decision infrastructure. Achieve this through adoption and mastery of the new Sales Blueprint. * Build a High Performing Team: Actively manage Solution Consulting leaders and individual contributors needed to successfully deliver the change agenda. Hire, onboard, develop, retain and define the career paths to meet the short and long-term profiles of talent required by both the department and company. * Engage Clients & Partners: Demonstrate direct impact on APAC business by engaging with key stakeholders at target customers and partners (including strategic GSIs).
